Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant posts which have arisen at Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council in Matabeleland South Province.

Sister-in-Charge Clinic x1

LOCATION OF POST

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assists the Service Delivery Coordinator in the development of a draft annual plan for service delivery in the province by submitting information on target sets.- Assists the ZNFPC clinic in development of annual work plans for implementation of the service delivery component.- Reviews implementation of plans with relevant supervisors and assists in problem identification and solutions.- Draws up refresher course schedules annually, daily activity schedules monthly and annual leave schedules for submission to service delivery management.- Analyses clinic records and ensures reconciliation of registers, cash and stocks.- Ensures standards of client service and infection prevention measures are maintained.- Oversees clinic management and supervision of clinic staff.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences Nursing Administration.- Diploma in General Nursing \(RGN\), Nursing Administration or Midwifery.- 5 O’ Levels including English Language- Valid Practising Certificate- At least 3 years’ experience in managing clinical services
