Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Keep dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
- Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report to supervisor
- Support team members during peak hours
