Job Description

Greet and serve customers warmly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accurately take customer orders and ensure preparation and serving of drinks/herbal products according to company standards.
Handle the payment counter, and receive cash or electronic payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, customer tables, and the overall store environment.
Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
Support team members and work together as a team to achieve operational targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
