Job Description

1. Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:

• Facilitating agile & SAFe events

Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team.

• 2. Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity

Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).

Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.

• 3. Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization

Minimum Qualifications

• Placement at Pulomas, East Jakarta
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role
• Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferrable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
