An opportunity has arisen with a leading Furniture Manufacturing Company for a dynamic and results-driven Sales representatives to join our team. This is a critical role where your sales expertise, customer-focused approach, and ability to identify opportunities will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our reputation for service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through in-branch and field-based activities.• Conduct market surveys, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.• Participate in marketing campaigns and product promotions.• Provide prompt customer service and product demonstrations.• Manage merchandising and ensure displays meet brand standards.• Handle financial transactions, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate cash records.• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements (KYC, contracts, invoices).• Participate in stock control, weekly/monthly stock takes, and resolve variances.• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.• A minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.• A clean class 4 driver’s licence • Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.• Highly organised, self-motivated, and well presented.
