Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and performance targets. Qualifications and Competencies Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in financial sales, motor vehicle trading, or microfinance is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
