Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably FMCG or distribution)
  • Valid motorbike riding license (Class A)
  • Valid certificate of good conduct or application of the same
  • Recommendation letter from your religious leader
  • Recommendation letter from your area chief
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with good relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic reporting, record-keeping, and numeracy skills
  • High level of integrity and reliability
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a field-based role
