Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Expand the company's retail station network.
Identify and acquire new retail dealers.
Drive sales growth across existing stations.
Monitor station performance and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing or overseeing a retail station network.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of retail fuel station operations, sales, and marketing.
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new retail business opportunities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
A valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
