SALES CONSULTANT (DULYS MUTARE & GWERU)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Sales Consultant at Dulys Mutare and Gweru.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Company’s commercial vehicles, buses, passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. The incumbent will promote and sell brands including Ford, Renault, Volvo, Eicher, UD, Yutong, Zhongtong and other vehicle brands represented by the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Promote and sell commercial vehicles, buses, passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, including Ford, Renault, Volvo, Eicher, UD, Yutong, Zhongtong and other brands represented by the company.* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the transport, logistics, mining, construction, agriculture, passenger transport, corporate and individual customer markets.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, fleet, SME and individual customers.* Conduct customer visits, product presentations, vehicle demonstrations and test drives.* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual vehicle sales targets.* Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and enquiries.* Prepare quotations, sales reports and financing proposals where applicable.* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.* Coordinate with workshop, parts and service departments to ensure effective customer support and after-sales service.* Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.* Work closely with Workshop, Parts and Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer ownership experience.* Identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades, trade-ins, accessories, service plans and aftersales products.* Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to strengthen relationships and generate repeat and referral business.* Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.* Proven sales experience selling a combination of passenger and commercial vehicles will be a strong advantage.* A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets.* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.* Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
