• Handle customer enquiries and close sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, the online store, and other digital channels.
• Process online orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Follow up with customers on orders, new arrivals, and product availability.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-presented.
• Replenish stock, assist with inventory counts, and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Keep up to date with new collections, fashion trends, and product knowledge.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
