Retail Display Installer - Technology (Part-Time) - Bloomington

Location: Bloomington, IN 47401

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Part-time, as-needed; hours are not guaranteed

Work location: On-site at retail locations

The work involves hands-on installation and merchandising of retail technology displays.

Communication Skills

* Communicate effectively by phone, text, and email to coordinate assignments and provide updates.

* Use a smartphone to clock in and out, take and upload photos, download applications, and access digital work instructions.

* Respond promptly to field services management, typically within 24 hours. Response requirements may vary by assignment or client.

Education

* A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

* Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

* Installation and merchandising experience.

* Proficiency with hand and power tools.

* Ability to follow planograms (POGs) and supplemental instructions.

Technology

* Own an Android or Apple smartphone capable of uploading photos and data.

* Independently navigate communication platforms and work applications.

Training

* Complete required training within designated time frames.

* Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Transportation and Travel

* Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

* Be willing and able to travel up to 90 miles from home for assignments.

Leadership and Work Skills

* Demonstrate strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.

* Exercise sound judgment and solve problems effectively.

* Work independently with strong time management and accurate reporting.
