Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients.
- Market the company's financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work within the assigned branch.
Salary
- Gross Salary: KES 25,000 (plus other benefits as per company policy).
