Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new clients.
  • Market the company's financial products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
  • Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.

Requirements

  • KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

Salary

  • Gross Salary: KES 25,000 (plus other benefits as per company policy).
