Reports to: Administrative Executive

Location: Head Office

Job Purpose
The position performs clerical duties in the Registry to facilitate its operations and support other business operations in the Airports Company of Zimbabwe.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Ensures proper and accurate filing of all documents and files to facilitate easy retrieval and safe storage.
· Ensures that all records for issued documents are accurately maintained to prevent loss of ACZ information.
· Follows up on outstanding returns of issued documents to ensure that all documents are accounted for.
· Repairs torn documents/files to maintain information in the approved standard.
· Makes photocopies of requested documents for users to enable them to conduct their work.
· Records and notifies the Registry Supervisor of any lost/unreturned or damaged ACZ documents/files to ensure proper follow-up and/or replacement.
· Participates in the cataloging and classification of documents and materials according to the approved system to facilitate tracking of all the documentation in the Registry.
· Appraises records in both paper and electronic form.
· Disposes of records by either archiving or destruction in line with set procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and experience
· 5 “O” levels including English Language
· Certificate in Records Management
· At least 1 year’s relevant experience
· A clean class 4 driver’s license will be an added advantage
