Job Description/Requirements

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s educational products to schools and other potential clients withing allocated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market educational products to schools and other institutions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up on prospective clients.
• Meet agreed sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market information.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good organisational and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with schools and educational institutions within Kisumu is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
