* Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field.* At least 2 years’ practical work experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.* Strong communication and teaching skills.* Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.* A passion for developing the next generation of skilled technicians.
