2. JUNIOR TEACHER

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage young children, creating a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A recognized teaching qualification – Certificate/Diploma in Teaching.* Degree in Education.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

* Excellent classroom management skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to prepare engaging lesson plans and deliver learner-centred instruction.* Good organizational and time management skills.* Sound knowledge of the primary school curriculum.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.* Be computer literate and able to integrate technology into teaching and learning.* A caring, patient, and professional approach to working with children.* Previous teaching experience in a primary school of at least two years is an added advantage.
