STEPS 2 RECOVERY PROGRAM

CONTEXT OF ROLE AND POSITIONS
The Steps 2 Recovery Program is delivered in a consortium with Palmerston Association and Wungening Aboriginal Corporation, with Palmerston as the lead agency, and collaboratively facilitates the AOD program with stakeholders and participants in Bunbury Regional Prison.
Senior Recovery Worker - Reporting to the Program Manager, this position is responsible to for the delivery of the program in accordance with the service model and program timetable. Provide guidance and support to participants in pursuit and achievement of program and individual goals through maintaining a positive, culturally safe presence. Additionally, the Senior Recovery Worker offers clinical guidance, support, information, and leadership to the team.
Recovery Worker - Reporting to the Program Manager, the Recovery Program Worker is responsible for the delivery of group and individual program activities in accordance with the service model. Provide guidance and support to participants in pursuit and achievement of program and individual goals through maintaining a positive, culturally safe presence.
These positions are full-time fixed term until June 2027 with potential extension.
