Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and project budgets.
  
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates, and cost reports.
• Assist with tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
  
• Review project specifications and assess costs of materials and construction works.
  
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters.

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  
• Applicants must have 2–3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.
  
• Applicants must have practical experience in construction projects.
  
• Applicants must have strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, valuation, and contract administration.
  
• Experience working with a contracting organization will be an added advantage.
  
• Applicants must possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
