Property Inspection Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inspections of hotels, shortlets, serviced apartments, and event spaces applying to join HomeFairyTech.
• Verify property ownership, location, amenities, and listing information.
• Assess cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and overall guest readiness.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during inspections.
• Complete detailed digital inspection reports and submit findings promptly.
• Recommend approval or identify improvements required before properties are listed.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and managers.
• Conduct follow-up inspections where necessary.
• Travel across Abuja to perform scheduled inspections.
• Ensure all approved properties meet HomeFairyTech’s quality standards.
  

Requirements:

• HND in estate management, hospitality management, building technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, hospitality, hotel operations, real estate, or property inspection.
• Must reside in Abuja.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple inspections, and meet deadlines.
