Requirements: Bsc In Food Science And Technology Or Related Field.

Experience: At Least 2 Years Progressive Relevant Working Experience In Fmcg Firm. Those With Beverage Industry Experience Will Have An Added Advantage.

Duties:

• Supervision Of The Water And Juice Department.
  
• Carrying Out Online Analysis Of The Water And Juice In Production.
  
• Carrying Out Calibrations Activities Of Equipment Used.
  
• Check Mixing, Blending And Brix Before Packaging Begins.
  
• Ensuring Production Floor And Machines Are Clean.
  
• Requisition Of Production Materials.
  
• Preparation And Assignment Of Duties To Staff In The Production Floor.
  
• Ensure That Good Manufacturing And Hygiene Practices Are Followed At All Times.
  
• Ensure That The Health And Safety Of The Workforce Is Enforced At All Times.
  
• Products That Have Been Packaged Are Neatly Arranged And Adequate.
  
• Preparation Of The Daily Production Reports.
  
• Communicate With Stores Supervisor\Supply Chain Manager For The Transfer Of The Goods From Production Floor To Stores.
  
• Writing Reports On Daily Production, Quality Control Analysis.
  
• Filing Material Transfer Notes.
  
• Participating In Product Development Activities.
  
• To Carry Out Any Other Duties That May Be Assigned To Him By The Management From Time To Time.
