Procurement Intern

We are seeking ambitious, innovative and self-motivated individuals to join our team through our internship programme.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

* Assist in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.* Prepare and request quotations from suppliers.* Assist in evaluating supplier quotations and preparing comparison schedules.* Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and outstanding orders.* Maintain procurement records and filing systems.* Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording goods delivered.* Assist in verifying supplier tax compliance documentation.* Follow up on supplier invoices and payment status.* Support supplier performance monitoring.* Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.* Support facilities maintenance activities.* Monitor office maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.* Ensure procurement documentation is properly filed.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, or Logistics.
