POST GRADUATE TRAINEESHIPSIntroductionThe Southern African Power Pool (SAPP), established in April 1995 under the SADC Treaty, coordinates regionalelectricity cooperation to optimise energy resources and support member states.SAPP invites applications from suitably qualified graduates from its Member States for two (2) Post GraduateTraineeships based at the Coordination Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe. The programme is a two-year structureddevelopment initiative aimed at building capacity in the regional power sector.Traineeship Areas1. Markets

Requirements:▪ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Commerce, or equivalent (Upper SecondClass (2.1) or better)2. Planning and Operations TraineeRequirements:▪ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Upper Second Class (2.1) or better)General Requirements▪ Below 26 years of age at application▪ Strong analytical ability and attention to detail▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills▪ High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality▪ Alignment with SAPP values
