Pool Attendant

A Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of a swimming pool and its surrounding areas while assisting guests.
Preferably residing in Tabangao, Batangas, or nearby areas.
Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with pool rules.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pool, deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding facilities.
Check and replenish pool towels, amenities, and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Assist guests by providing towels, directions, and information about pool facilities and operating hours.
Ensure pool furniture is clean, organized, and properly arranged.
Conduct routine inspections of the pool area before, during, and after operating hours.
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of pool safety and maintenance.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage, but not required
