Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Provide proactive executive support through complex diary, meeting and travel management.
* Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing materials and documentation.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director’s Office.
* Coordinate executive engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, Board members and senior executives.
* Support the Managing Director’s preparation for Board, Executive Committee and other governance meetings by coordinating executive briefing materials and ensuring timely follow-up of agreed actions.
* Coordinate Executive Office financial and procurement administration, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s financial policies, delegated authorities and governance requirements.
* Support the coordination and monitoring of strategic initiatives and executive action items across business units.
* Maintain highly confidential executive records, reports and documentation.
* Coordinate executive meetings, leadership engagements and business events while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field, with a 2.1 or better pass.
* A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive or senior management support.
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
* Experience supporting C-suite executives or Executive Offices will be a distinct advantage.
