Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facility & Operations Management: Manage the commercial multimedia production studio (rental bookings, client onboarding, session readiness) and the 24/7 solar-powered co-working space (member subscriptions, capacity scheduling, upkeep).
- Infrastructure & Vendors: Oversee solar inverter maintenance with service providers to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Own vendor relationships (internet, security, cleaning, maintenance, supplies) and negotiate to protect operational budgets.
- Events & Media: Act as the logistical lead for live events, podcast sessions, and client productions hosted on-site.
- HR & Administration: Handle local HR functions, including Lagos team onboarding documentation, attendance, leave schedules, and employment compliance basics.
- Reporting & Strategy: Deliver daily and weekly operational updates via Slack, email, and video syncs. Proactively flag operational risks and adapt flexibly as the SuperBo Media portfolio expands.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in operations, office management, or executive support, ideally within a tech, media, or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage concurrent priorities, high personal initiative to operate autonomously, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written/spoken English for cross-continental reporting to New York leadership. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet) and Slack.
- Proven integrity to hold facility access, handle petty cash, and manage vendor contracts (references verified). Experience in vendor negotiation and familiarity with the broader Lagos tech ecosystem are strong advantages.
