Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse Lead & Reliever to provide quality clinical care, support daily clinic operations, and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, infection control, and documentation.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Care & Patient Management
Provide quality clinical assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
Handle medical emergencies, first aid, referrals, and specialist consultations through mDaktari.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participate in continuous medical education.
Preventive Health & Wellness
Provide health education, counseling, and wellness guidance.
Promote preventive healthcare and healthy living.
Safety & Infection Control
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Maintain first-aid supplies, clinic hygiene, and proper waste management.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate patient records through the EMR system.
Prepare and submit timely clinical and operational reports.
Clinic Operations
Support daily clinic operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper stock management.
Take responsibility for clinic operations when serving as the Nurse Lead and provide coverage when working as a Reliever.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN).
Valid NCK license and retention.
First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
Experience in outpatient, community, or primary healthcare.
Previous experience in a leadership or clinic coordination role is an added advantage.
