Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized university in Kenya or equivalent Registration with the KMPDC. Valid Practicing License for the current year. Post-internship Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical practice in a busy hospital setting (mission, private, or level 4/5 public hospital). ACLS/BLS certification (valid). ATLS is an added advantage. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
