Job Description

Coordinate day-to-day project execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, approvals, and status updates.
Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and completed on time.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting recaps, project trackers, reports, timelines, briefs, and other supporting materials.
Monitor project progress and flag potential delays, risks, or issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Support campaign-related tasks such as system setup coordination, testing, data checking, reporting, fulfilment tracking, and post-campaign updates where required.
Ensure project details, requirements, and client feedback are properly recorded and followed through.
Assist in improving internal workflows, templates, and project processes to support smoother project delivery.
