As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze current processes to identify ways that technology can be used to improve accuracy and efficiency, create reports, and develop action plans. Serve as an analyst and program advisor to management on various functions requiring application of a wide range of system and management support principles, processes, and systems. Provide technical assistance and support to apply planning systems and management programs. Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems, including spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint sites, and other organizational tools. Develop project analyses and compile reports articulating tangible/intangible data and identify significant findings, including but not limited to, staffing models, volume projections, and forecast modeling. Analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives. Work with leadership to make processes more effective to achieve Asylum goals. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
