• We Are Hiring –
• Maintenance Technician
• We are looking for a Maintenance
• Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance Department. In this position,
• your main responsibility will be to preserve the excellent condition and
• functionality of our business premises and equipment. Your duties will include
• attending to complaints and emergencies, carrying out necessary repairs,
• conducting timely site inspections, and following preventative maintenance

procedures.

• Our ideal candidate will be an
• electrical or mechanical technician with proven knowledge of building services
• and maintenance procedures. You should be a strong problem-solver with good

communication and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Main Responsibilities
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Assist and monitor works being performed by outside contractors
• Implement preventative maintenance systems.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure

everything is up to standard.

• Perform general maintenance tasks, painting, as well as general

maintenance.

• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.

• Profile
• HSC or equivalent qualification.
• National Diploma (NC4) in electrical engineering or, mechanical

engineering or building services, or any equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of building services not limited to Electrical,

Plumbing, HVAC systems, Genset, Fire alarm & detection.

• Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and

evenings.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
