An exciting opportunity has arisen in Malawi Posts Corporation to fill the following vacancies:

• Position: Legal Affairs Manager
• Grade: M4
• Location: MPC Head Office
• Reporting to: Director Corporate Services
• Duties / Responsibilities
• Providing overall legal support to the Corporation
• Conducting litigation on behalf of the Corporation
• Monitoring all legal affairs of the Corporation
• Drafting of legal documents
• Conducting research on legal issues and interpreting laws to advise the Corporation
• Liaising with external counsel
• Carrying out corporate secretarial services
• Requirements
• Qualification and Experience

Bachelor of Laws from a recognized institution.

Admitted to the Malawi bar.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in active litigation.
