Key Responsibilities     Teaching and research in English, Linguistics, Literature and related areas (four courses per semester Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in English, Linguistics and related disciplines Providing results of assignments, tests and examinations for recording Conducting research in English Language, Linguistics, Literature and related areas. Participating in academic seminars, workshops, conferences and departmental activities Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the University Managemen Qualifications and skills     An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized University Excellent presentation, teaching and learning support skills At least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or experience in research or industry Registered with the relevant professional body, where applicable A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers Ability to organize academic seminars, workshops and conferences
