What we are looking for Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Kitchen Steward or Stewarding Attendant in a reputable hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star establishment. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. Ability to operate dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely. Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
