The Junior Training Officer provides administrative and coordination support to the Training & Development team. This entry-level role helps prepare training materials, organize sessions, assist with onboarding activities, and update learning content in the LMS. The position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in training operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Content Development:
- Assist in developing and updating training materials including slide decks, job aids,
SOPs, quick reference guides, etc.
- Customize training content based on client updates, product changes, and policy
revisions.
- Upload and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Training Coordination:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating all training sessions.
- Track training attendance, completion, and certification record.
- Support training logistics including classrooms, virtual platforms, and materials.
- Liaise with Operations, Training Leadership, Quality, and Workforce Management
- teams to align training schedules
Training Delivery Support:
- Co-facilitate training sessions, as required.
- Provide onboarding support for new hire training classes.
- Assist with assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Support audits and client compliance requirements.
- Gather feedback from trainees to support continuous improvement.
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or another
related field.
- Six (6) months or more experience in training support or BPO Operations.
- Exposure to telecom products, systems, or customer service processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Basic facilitation or presentation skills.
- Experience using LMS platforms.
