Design & Drawings

•  Assist in preparing design presentations and mood boards
• Support AutoCAD or SketchUp drawings under designer guidance
• Help compile material schedules and product sourcing

Site Coordination

• Accompany site visits and assist in documenting site progress
• Help track and follow up on site checklists and snag lists
• Coordinate simple information between office and site team

Admin & Documentation

• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and project files
• Organise and maintain project folders and records
• Support invoicing and billing documentation when needed

Brand & Social Media

• Photograph completed spaces, materials, and process moments
• Assist in creating content for Instagram aligned with the MW visual language
• Help curate and maintain a library of project references and photography
