Job Description
- Assist employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
- Assist and support in manage, maintain, and repair IT systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Oversee and manage IT related assets.
- Assist and supporting processes for incidents, service requests, change requests and access requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
