Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and samples for R&D testing.
- Assist with recipe trials and food tasting.
- Record recipes, measurements, yields, and feedback.
- Help prepare recipe cards and pictorial SOPs.
- Support LTO, new menu, and scale-up testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D kitchen.
