Job Description

To assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Travel on site to inspect on-going arrangements, preparations, and changes needed to meet the needs of the client
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
To assist in the hiring of event personnel (DJs, crews, etc.)
Coordinate all operations and promotional activities for the event
Conduct post-mortem of events
Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships
