• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
• Real Estate Compliance Intern

to join our team for a 2 to 3-month period.

This internship offers hands-on experience in property risk management, regulatory compliance, and tenant onboarding within a fast-paced corporate real estate setting.

• Key Responsibilities

Tenant KYC Verification:

• Assist

in collecting, reviewing, and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for prospective individual and corporate tenants (IDs, proof of income, corporate registration, etc.).

Tenant Screening:

Perform due diligence checks, background verifications, and financial screening according to company and regulatory standards.

Compliance Documentation:

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency

in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
