Indoor Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Engaging with a new customer
• Achieving sales targets
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients by providing professional services
• Understanding customer needs and requirements and answer queries
• Liaise with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries

Requirement:

• Candidate possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent is advantage
• At least 1 years experience in Sales or related field is required for this position
• Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking is compulsory
• Can work independently with minimum supervision, confident and self-motivated in sales driven
• Be able to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Sales driven in order to hit the sales target given.
