Key Responsibilities     Implementing ICT policies, strategies, regulations, standards and procedures Repairing Information Communication Technology equipment and associated peripherals Configuring and testing computer hardware, networking software and operating system software Installing necessary hardware and software upgrades into ICT network Implementing framework and formats to standardise digitisation of University’s records and procedures Creating new users in the Active Directory following laid out policies Implementing digital solutions, such as automation tools, cloud services, and data analytics Implementing flexible IT strategies for facilitation of deployment and scaling of the services of the University Implementing LANS and WAN to ensure uninterrupted connectivity to University’s systems and online resources Updating the University’s website and other customer facing systems Implementing ICT business disaster recovery strategy Implementing Security Systems to secure the University’s ICT Assets and systems Providing technical support services, guidance and training to computer users on University ICT systems Keeping up to date with emerging information communication technological trends Qualifications & Skills     OTHER Diploma (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Technology) Atleast 3 years relevant work experience in a busy office
