Job Description
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support, preferably in logistics, courier, or retail.
Experience with courier management systems will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and training skills.
