Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Human Capital Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner for business functions, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people initiatives to support business growth.
Act as a strategic Human Capital partner for Risk, Marketing, and New Business Development functions by providing people solutions aligned with business strategies and objectives.
Identify organizational needs, talent requirements, and capability development opportunities to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Drive the implementation of key people management processes, including manpower planning, performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations related to organizational challenges, productivity improvement, and talent management.
Collaborate with various Human Capital functions to ensure effective implementation of HC programs, policies, and initiatives.
Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives through people and organizational development approaches.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Capital Business Partnering / HR Generalist / Organization Development role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable people insights.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to support business leaders in achieving organizational goals through people strategies.
