Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Assist with transporting packages, deliveries, and guest belongings.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and nearby amenities.
• Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor entrances and public areas and report any security or maintenance concerns.
• Support special events and group arrivals/departures as required.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service at all times.

• Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations is desirable.
