The Role As Head of Technical Services, Projects & Digital, you will define and drive the strategic direction across hard FM services, projects delivery, digital platforms, data, and sustainability. Operating at the intersection of technical excellence, innovation, and commercial performance, you will play a pivotal role in transforming service delivery, enabling growth, and embedding future-ready solutions. This role is about leadership, influence, and transformation: Setting and delivering a clear strategy across technical services, projects, and digital FM Driving innovation through systems, data, and emerging technologies Enhancing service quality, compliance, and operational performance Supporting growth through client-centric and commercially focused solutions Leading transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence Key Accountabilities Provide strategic leadership across hard FM, projects, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives Act as a senior advisor to operational teams and clients, supporting performance, innovation, and service excellence Drive statutory compliance, technical standards, and risk management across all FM activities Oversee operational effectiveness including KPIs, SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks Lead development and optimisation of FM systems (e.g. CAFM/CMMS), reporting capability, and data-driven insights Champion innovation, digital enablement, and the integration of technology and AI into FM delivery Support commercial growth through costing strategies, solution design, and new business opportunities Embed ESG, sustainability, and Net Zero Carbon commitments across service delivery Lead asset management standards and engineering data strategy Build, inspire, and develop high-performing technical and digital teams About You
