Head chef

Responsibilities:

• Follow the already existing recipes and ensure food standards are followed.
• Create recipes from time to time
• Manage and inspect raw material quality and advise where necessary
• Manage and maintain food quality in a hygienic atmosphere.
• Ensure all food products are fresh for use and properly stored,

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an OND
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
