HCBP Analyst Internship

Job Description

Support the development of data quality standards and procedures, and collaborate with data quality analysts, and other teams to understand data requirements and implement best practices.

• Maintain dashboard for reporting Human Capital process
• Assist in identifying and documenting data quality issues from various sources

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information System or any related field

A strong portfolio is a must. Strong knowledge and familiar with SQL programming, data visualization tools (Looker / Google Data Studio), Excel, Spreadsheet as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively

• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
