Job Description
Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Marketing:
- Own Collectiva's brand and positioning.
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates our value to cooperatives.
- Create compelling product launch campaigns.
- Build educational content around cooperative management and financial best practices.
- Turn customer success stories into marketing assets.
Content & Community:
- Develop and manage a content calendar.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Produce content that educates cooperative executives and members.
- Grow Collectiva's online community.
- Build trust through valuable educational content rather than promotional content alone.
Growth & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop strategies that consistently generate qualified cooperative leads.
- Increase product demo bookings. <> Improve website conversion rates.
- Run paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Improve SEO and organic traffic.
- Build email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Product Ownership:
- Understand every feature of the product.
- Know how cooperatives operate.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve user experience.
- Help shape product messaging and future features based on customer needs.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth:
- Build relationships with cooperative unions and associations.
- Develop partnerships with microfinance banks, fintechs, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and cooperative events.
- Represent Collectiva at conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, banking, or technology.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience running digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience building online communities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
