The ideal candidate is confident riding a variety of horses, experienced with young horse production, and knowledgeable about breeding lines, conformation, and development. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and takes pride in high standards of horse care and turnout. Requirements Confident rider with experience up to 1.40m level. Strong background in young horse production. Excellent horse management and stable skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Full driving licence; HGV/7.5T licence is a bonus. Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in maintaining a tidy, professional yard
